Denim Jacket aftercare
- Wash as little as possible. Spot-clean small marks with a damp cloth rather than washing the whole jacket.
- When washing is necessary, turn the jacket inside out and wash on a cool, gentle cycle (30°C or below).
- Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach, fabric softener and harsh stain removers.
- Avoid soaking the jacket, as prolonged exposure to water can affect the patches and their adhesive.
- Air dry naturally. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can cause patches to lift, shrink or distort.
- Do not iron directly over the patches. If ironing is needed, turn the jacket inside out and use low heat, or place a clean cloth between the iron and the patch.
- Handle with care. Avoid picking, pulling or catching the edges of the patches.
- Professional dry cleaning is not recommended unless the patches have been checked for suitability first.
With a little TLC, your personalised jacket should stay looking great for years to come!
